I heard a report on the radio about these hardward malfunctions. Last night, I saw another report on TV about them.

Whether these issues are large or not, MS' PR has its work cut-out for them. We geeks in online gaming forums might know better, but the average person out there could very well get their initial impression from these reports.

Still, it warms my heart to see their precious launch fumbling. Arrogant bastards..
